We are entering a new program year for FSA and I would encourage County office staff to make notes during their normal workday on how our Programs could be handled more efficiently and then submit these ideas.

Reminder tips on how to submit an idea:   During your workday, you may encounter obstacles in implementing on the FSA’s various programs and determine that there is a better process to accomplish the same goal.  NASCOE provides a voice for this process so that your constructive ideas and solutions to hopefully streamline program delivery.  This opportunity that NASCOE offers, is your communication line to the National Office from the front line.  Go to nascoe.org and click on Programs.  You will see a link to the submission form, which you can email to me.
